Joplin Mission Trip
When: June 2nd-9th, 2012
Where: Joplin, MO
Cost: $195 ($50 non refundable deposit due by April 29th)
What: After our experience working in Joplin as a group of 28 college age individuals last August it was clear to us that we were supposed to return to continue to help those affected by the tornados that went through that city on May 22nd of 2011. Details are going to be an ongoing development and I will have more as we get closer to the trip date. What I do know is that Joplin has moved from “clean up” to “rebuilding”. Construction and spiritual care are the primary needs right now. I’m excited about the opportunity to return and bring some old and new people with me to this town that so desperately needs our help and more importantly the Gospel message. I look forward to the opportunity to be Christ’s hands and feet in this community. Please pray about joining us this year on His mission!
